Terms and Conditions

GOD-MADE MULTIMILLIONAIRES (GMM) COMMUNITY Terms and Conditions of Use Effective Date: [insert date of publication] Operated by: Faith In L.I.F.E. Incorporated, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, operating the God-Made Multimillionaires (GMM) Community under the Faith In Action Coaching and Consulting and Biznistry Growth Digital Marketing Agency brands. DRAFT -- NOT LEGAL ADVICE. This document is a working starting point prepared to help organize your terms. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be reviewed by an Ontario-licensed lawyer familiar with consumer protection, privacy, and subscription billing law before publication, especially given recurring billing and members located outside Ontario. Bracketed items [like this] need a decision or a lawyer's input before this goes live. 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, joining the Faith In Action Challenge, or subscribing to the GMM Community ("the Community"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Community. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 3. Description of Service The Community provides access to a discussion feed, live and recorded events, a training library, a leaderboard tracking member-reported income and impact milestones, gamified progress tracking, Home Groups, and related features, as made available from time to time. Features, content, and availability may change without notice. 4. Membership Tiers and Billing The Community offers a free 30-day Faith In Action Challenge period, followed by paid membership tiers (Enlisted, Commissioned, Founding Member) billed monthly or annually, as described at checkout. Certain paid programs (including the Biznistry Launch and Revenue System Bootcamp and Done-For-You engagements, and 1-on-1 Intensives) include bundled complimentary Community access for a defined period, after which continued access requires an active paid subscription. Leadership Lifetime access is available to qualifying members of the 12 and the 70 for a one-time flat rate of $1,997 and does not renew or recur. The first 1,000 members who subscribe to the Commissioned annual plan at $1,997/year lock in that rate for the lifetime of their membership. This locked rate is preserved even if you cancel and later resubscribe, regardless of how much time has passed or how the standard rate may have changed. SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price for the tier you selected, and your payment method on file will be charged automatically. You will be notified of the total price, billing frequency, and cancellation method before you complete your purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@faithinlife.ca. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you retain access through that period. What happens to money already paid differs by billing frequency, as described below. Monthly plans: all sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any monthly membership tier or one-time purchase, regardless of how much of the paid period remains or whether you have used the Community during that period. Annual plans: cancelling an annual plan triggers a partial refund. We recompute what you would have owed had you paid at the standard monthly rate for your membership tier for each full month you were actually enrolled, then refund the difference between the annual price you paid and that recomputed amount, floored at $0 so you are never charged more than you already paid. For example, at the grandfathered rate ($1,997/year, $197/month standard-equivalent), cancelling after 10 months yields a recomputed cost of 10 x $197 = $1,970, for a refund of $1,997 - $1,970 = $27; past the plan's break-even point (roughly 10 months at this rate), the recomputed cost meets or exceeds the annual price paid and no refund is owed. [Confirm this refund calculation and its presentation at checkout and cancellation satisfy applicable consumer protection requirements in members' jurisdictions.] 5. Affiliate Program Members on an active paid plan may apply to become an affiliate and promote GMM Community membership or other Faith In Action / Biznistry Growth offers using a unique referral link. Affiliates earn a flat 10% commission on payments generated through their referral link, paid on a recurring basis for as long as the referred customer's payments continue. Commissions accrue to an affiliate's balance and are paid out once the balance reaches the minimum payout threshold in effect at that time, on the payout schedule described in the affiliate portal. Commissions on monthly-plan referrals are never clawed back: because monthly plans do not receive refunds (Section 4), a commission you have already earned there stays yours even if the referred member later cancels; you simply stop accruing new commission on that member going forward. Commissions on annual-plan referrals are different: if a referred member on an annual plan cancels and receives the partial refund described in Section 4, we deduct the proportional 10% commission on the refunded amount from your balance (or your next payout, if the balance has already been paid out) and log it as a distinct clawback line item in your affiliate portal, never an unexplained drop in your balance. Faith In L.I.F.E. Incorporated may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation for fraudulent referrals, self-referral, or promotion inconsistent with the Community's brand and values. 6. Right to Cancel (Ontario Internet Agreements) If required disclosures under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 are not provided as required for internet agreements, you may have the right to cancel your agreement within a statutory period. [This section should be finalized with legal counsel to ensure checkout disclosures satisfy the Act's requirements, which would reduce or eliminate this exposure.] 7. Community Conduct The Community is a faith-centered space. Members are expected to engage respectfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with the Community's values. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, spam, solicitation for unrelated products or services, and sharing of another member's private information without consent are prohibited. Faith In L.I.F.E. Incorporated may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at its discretion. 8. User-Generated Content You retain ownership of content you post (posts, comments, milestone reports, testimonials). By posting, you grant Faith In L.I.F.E. Incorporated a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that content within the Community and, where you have separately given verbatim consent, in marketing materials. Testimonials are never altered or paraphrased and are used only with your consent. 9. Income, Impact, and Testimonial Disclaimer The leaderboard, milestone reporting, testimonials, and any references to income or client outcomes reflect individual member experiences and self- or admin-verified reports. They are not a guarantee, promise, or typical representation of results. Your results will depend on your own effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Nothing in the Community constitutes a guarantee of income or business outcome. 10. No Professional Advice Content shared in the Community, including coaching, training, Heart Healing sessions, and Clarity Calls, is provided for informational, educational, and spiritual encouragement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, medical, or mental health advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. 11. Intellectual Property All frameworks, trademarks (including "Biznistry"), training content, branding, and platform content are the property of Faith In L.I.F.E. Incorporated or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission. 12. Leadership Roles (The 12 / The 70 / The Masses) Members serving as part of the 12 or the 70 hold leadership responsibilities within the Community as described in Community materials. Leadership Lifetime access, where granted, is permanent once granted and is not affected by a later change in leadership role, as described in Section 4. 13. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as otherwise permitted by law. You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as described in these Terms or required by law. 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith In L.I.F.E. Incorporated is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Community. [Exact liability caps and carve-outs should be set with legal counsel.] 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. 16. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Community after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance where required by law. 17. Contact Questions about these Terms can be directed to support@faithinlife.ca.
